Maddie- your progress update is far too vague- I would like you to be able to show me exactly what you are doing so I can track the 'journey' of your coursework. Also, lots of your posts have many grammatical and spelling errors- please check work and have pride in your posts!

Progress Update

In todays lesson myself and Georgia began editing our video on final cut pro. We have filmed most of the video so this week and next week we aim to finish filming and then we shall spend the next 2 to 3 weeks editing and should have our first draft done by 5/12/14. Also this week we will start to plan our individual ancillary tasks which are magazine advert and a website home page.

Improvements to research and planning

Add more posts as 10 is not enough, perhaps more research into the music industry. The digipak analysis is too generic and so are the conventions of a music video so look more into how it represents the genre, for example, look at colour schemes, house themes and style of images. Also, I need to link the analysis of digipak video and conventions of a music video to Andrew Goodwyn's theory
